During their studies at Hotelschool, Merijn and Daan founded their company Risottini. Inspired by the Italian cuisine in which left-over Risotto is used to form balls and with a Dutch twist they developed their Risottini. Italians risottoballs with different flavours. Vegetarian and tasty!
